The prestigious awards program recognizes the most distinguished commercial real estate entities in Southern Nevada’s development community.

 

The NAIOP Southern Nevada Spotlight Awards honors NAIOP members for their outstanding commitment to the commercial real estate industry and serves to increase public awareness of their achievements. The awards ceremony featured 9 Industry and 17 Project categories, with winners selected by a panel of experienced real estate professionals from across the country.

 

The entries were evaluated and scored independently, and the results were secretly tallied. First Savings Bank’s impressive portfolio of diverse product types, including office, industrial, and retail lending, contributed to the bank’s success in winning this prestigious award. The judges particularly highlighted the bank’s strong presence in NAIOP Southern Nevada and other professional organizations. “The level of work they accomplish is very impressive, including the funding of over $118 million in loan proceeds while in the process, completing more than 300 hours of community service.”  The bank’s recognition by NAIOP Southern Nevada underscores its continued growth and influence within the local market.
